You must be at least 18 years of age to use Global Crest Capital. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you are not prohibited by any applicable law from participating in crypto investment activities.
Cryptocurrency investments are highly speculative and volatile. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You may lose some or all of the funds you invest. Global Crest Capital does not guarantee any specific return on investment. You should only invest funds you can afford to lose.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration. All users are required to complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before making investments. We reserve the right to reject or terminate accounts that fail verification or provide false information.
All deposits must be made in USDT via supported blockchain networks. Deposits are confirmed after on-chain verification. Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours of approval and are subject to KYC verification and platform approval. We reserve the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending AML compliance checks.
The referral program is subject to change at any time. Commissions are earned only when referred users complete KYC and make qualifying investments. Referral abuse, including self-referrals or fake accounts, will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all commissions.
You agree not to use the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any other illegal activities. You may not attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the platform in any way. Violation of these terms will result in immediate account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.
Global Crest Capital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our maximum liability in any matter arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email and posted on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
